A new kitchen. Seven days.
Designed on photos of your kitchen. Built in a precision factory in Taiwan. Installed in your home in a week.
Standard kitchens. Seven days on site, demolition to walkthrough.
Why does a kitchen take four months?
Because everything happens in your house. Measuring, cutting, sanding, painting, fixing what the last trade broke, all of it in the room where you make coffee.
A traditional remodel is a construction site you live in. Contractors are sequenced one after another, every delay compounds, and nobody can tell you the finish date because nobody knows it.
We think that is a process problem, not a kitchen problem.
Build the kitchen first. Then install it.
WandWorks moves everything that makes renovation slow, design, decisions, fabrication, finishing, out of your house and into a controlled process. What is left on site is installation. Three things make that possible.

See it before we build it.
Send us ten photos of your kitchen and a few of kitchens you like. Our designers plan and render the new kitchen in your actual space: your walls, your windows, your light.
You approve what you see before anything is built. No showroom required. The showroom is your house.

Built before we arrive.
Your kitchen is manufactured in Taiwan, the place the world trusts to build things measured in nanometers, on automated lines, inspected piece by piece, and shipped as a complete, ready-to-install system.
- Cabinetry manufactured and pre-assembled by our parent group QSM, with European EU E1 low-formaldehyde board, rated F★★★★ and SGS-tested.
- Quartz surfaces fabricated to your measurements before shipping.
- Every unit quality-checked and photo-documented before the container closes. You see those photos before you pay the second installment.
By the time our crew rings your doorbell, your kitchen already exists. We are not there to build it. We are there to install it.

A modular system, cut to your measurements.
Every WandWorks kitchen is assembled from a proven modular system: engineered joints, standardized hardware, predictable quality. And every module is cut to your kitchen's exact dimensions. Not stock sizes with filler strips. Your walls, to the millimeter.
Choices are curated like a product line, not an endless catalog: four styles, nineteen cabinet fronts, twenty quartz surfaces. Enough to make it yours. Few enough to decide.

Four material families. Nineteen fronts. Twenty surfaces.
Start with a material family, then refine the details. Everything below is a real WandWorks product, not a mood board.

Cabinet fronts · four families, nineteen options

Matte lacquer
Soft, fingerprint-resistant, quiet.

Light oak
Straight grain, warm, quietly bright.

Dark walnut
Even grain, deep tone, timeless.

Fluted oak
Solid slats, light and shadow.
Quartz surfaces · twenty selections

Seven days, on schedule.
Everything slow happens before day one: design approved, kitchen manufactured, shipped, and staged. Then our crew arrives.
Half the price is due only after you have seen your finished kitchen in photos, before it ships. The last fifth waits until you are standing in it.
Demolition and prep. The old kitchen leaves.
Cabinets and quartz surfaces installed.
Hardware, fixtures, finishing.
Walkthrough. You cook dinner.

Proven at volume before it reached your street.
In 2025 WandWorks delivered the complete kitchen package for a 33-unit multifamily project in Southern California: specced in the first quarter, manufactured and shipped in the second, installed and closed out in the third, by one team under one contract.
Building or developing in California? Kitchen packages for builders run on the same system.

Straight answers.
How can a kitchen renovation take only seven days?
Because everything slow happens before day one. Your kitchen is designed on photos of your actual space, approved by you, then manufactured and pre-assembled in a precision factory in Taiwan and shipped as a complete system. What is left on site is installation: demolition and prep on days 1–2, cabinets and quartz on days 3–5, hardware and finishing on day 6, walkthrough on day 7. Seven days applies to a standard kitchen with no relocation of plumbing or structural walls.
What counts as a standard kitchen?
A standard kitchen is a straight, L-shaped, or U-shaped layout of roughly 10 to 12 linear meters (about 33 to 40 linear feet) of cabinetry, with sink and appliances staying close to their current positions. Islands, peninsulas, and layout changes are common and are quoted with their own schedule before you commit.
How do I get started?
Send about ten photos of your kitchen and a few photos of kitchens you like. Our designers plan and render the new kitchen in your actual space, with real WandWorks products. You see it, free, before anything is built. You can also upload a single photo at try.wandworks.us and see a first rendering in about a minute.
Where are WandWorks kitchens made, and who installs them?
Cabinetry is manufactured and pre-assembled in Taiwan by our parent group QSM on automated lines, inspected and photo-documented piece by piece before the container closes. Quartz surfaces are fabricated to your measurements. Installation in California is done by WandWorks crews, not subcontracted.
What choices do I have?
Choices are curated like a product line rather than an endless catalog: four kitchen styles, nineteen cabinet fronts across painted, light wood, dark wood, and linoleum families, and twenty quartz surfaces. Every module is still cut to your kitchen's exact dimensions, to the millimeter, not stock sizes with filler strips.
How do payments work?
Payments follow what you can see: 30% to start production, 50% only after you have reviewed photos of your finished kitchen in the factory, before it ships, and 20% at the walkthrough when you are standing in it.
Which areas do you serve?
WandWorks serves homeowners in California, with crews based in Commerce in Los Angeles County. Most projects to date are in Southern California. Builders and developers with multi-unit projects anywhere in California can start at wandworks.us/builders.
Are the cabinets certified?
Cabinetry is built with European EU E1 low-formaldehyde board, rated F★★★★ (the highest JIS grade), and SGS-tested. Every unit is quality-checked and photo-documented in the factory before shipping.
